How do I join Coach Insider?
To be an Insider, all you have to do is create an account online or sign up with an associate in one of our stores.
Do I have to pay to become a Coach Insider?
No, membership is completely free and you can access current rewards the minute you sign up.
What are the different levels of Coach Insider?
Coach Insider has four tiers. You begin as an Insider, and the more you spend with us, the higher your tier goes.
The tiers are: Insider → Silver → Gold → Diamond.
Each tier unlocks greater rewards, privileges, and exclusive experiences designed to elevate your journey with Coach.
What type of perks do I get?
At Insider, perks are something to celebrate, and we'll make sure it's easy to unlock access to Insider-only offerings throughout the year. How do I check my membership status?
You can check your current membership status by speaking with any of our Coach store associates, who will be happy to assist you.
How do I know how much spends I have accumulated?
You can easily check your accumulated spend by speaking with any of our Coach store associates, who will be delighted to assist you.
When does my tier cycle start and end?
Your tier cycle begins the moment you join the Coach Insider program. The Insider tier does not expire and will remain unchanged unless you qualify for an upgrade. If you upgrade to a higher tier such as Silver, Gold, Diamond, your cycle will refresh and extend for another 12 months from the date of your upgrade. The tier end date is also known as your tier expiry date.
Will my tier expire?
Yes. Your tier is valid for 12 months and will end on the last day of the month in which your cycle is due to expire. If you upgrade to a higher tier during that time, your tier cycle will refresh and extend for another 12 months from the date of your upgrade.
If you do not meet the spend required to maintain your tier by then, your tier will be downgraded to the tier directly below your current level.
The Insider tier does not expire and will only change when you qualify for an upgrade.
